Insomnia? 5 Tips to help you sleep.

Hellooo....long long time no blogging already.have half year?
haha!anyway,this blog is just wanna sharing a few way to help sleep ;]

I know alot of people have insomnia,some because of stress from life/work,missing lover,emo & etc...
So hope my ways for help sleep really helpful.




1. Apply lotion on your body,leg/hand/neck.Specificially on neck and back,if can,use the LAVENDER lotion or add lavender fragrance/aroma into lotion.Just massage on shoulder and neck with softness.


The researchers found that lavender increased slow-wave sleep, the very deep slumber in which the heartbeat slows and muscles relax. During this phase, the brain is thought to organize memory, as well.







2. The oldfashioned way:C-o-u-n-t S-h-e-e-p
HAHAHAHAHA! but really work! Imagine a hundred,a thousand,a million sheep on your mind.
or download a picture of sheep.Then count it,I never try before,but heard ppl said this is work!



3.  Drink milk and make it warm before drink.
Can drink before 15 minute when you ready to sleep.


4.  Listen soft music plus try to don't think any in your brain.
Close eye,use your heart to listen.Few choice here :

And...the last one is My own way,read english dictionary.hoho!
If word size small and dense.
Maybe choose some language of you don't know. French?Italian?German?
Whatever...
